Common questions

My Zoom meeting never showed up

Zoom said "Request sent to the host". Someone else is hosting, and the host has to approve Undervid in that meeting. Until they do, nothing is captured.
Undervid isn't added in Zoom. In Undervid, open Settings › Zoom and press Connect, then approve it in your browser. Use the same Zoom account you meet with.
Realtime sharing is off. In Zoom's web settings, turn on "Share realtime meeting content with apps". Settings › Zoom › Open Zoom settings takes you there.
The meeting is still going. Zoom meetings arrive after they end, while Undervid is open.

Open Settings › Zoom and choose Disconnect. New meetings stop arriving and this Mac is signed out of Undervid's relay. Meetings already on your Mac stay until you delete them. To also remove Undervid's access to your Zoom account, remove it from Added Apps in Zoom's App Marketplace.

How do I delete a meeting and its data?

Right-click the meeting in the sidebar and choose Move to Trash, or use the More (…) menu at the top of the meeting. Its files go to the Trash. For a Zoom meeting, the copy on our relay is deleted too.

Our relay also deletes every Zoom meeting on its own after 24 hours. Meetings you record yourself are only ever stored on your Mac.

Claude Code doesn't see my meetings

Open Settings › Agents and press Connect next to Claude Code. Then quit and reopen Claude Code once. Ask it for your latest meeting.

Analyze doesn't work

Analysis uses your own API key. Add an Anthropic, Google or OpenAI key in Settings › API keys. Recording and transcripts work without one.
